I bought the S9. It arrived on time, and constructing the machine was easy. Using Laser GRBL or Lightburn was a learning process but not too bad.Then the problems began.On screen circles and rectangles look great until I burn them. Then they turn into ovals and rectangles which means the boxes or coasters expected do not go together and are not round.The answer should be simple? It might be, but getting Sculpfun to reply with a solution is impossible.So, I have a piece of expensive modern technology gathering dust in a corner.Addendum: 30.06.24. I found the problem. The Y axis belt was not tight enough. Working great now. Still not happy with the lack of response from Sculpfun, even to this review.
