I ordered the sculptiflex that came with a free gel. On the website they advise you to order an extra gel. So i ordered another gel with my initial order. When my order arrived there was only two gels. When i complained they advised me that they will send it. This was in october last year and to date i have not received.Further more, i did not realise that if i order the extra gel i was entering into a contract agreement. When i cancelled this they advised that i must give them a months notice.Their process is designed to take your money. At this point yhey have stolen from me because I still have not received my initial gel ordered with my first order.
