Update:I have since heard from a Sales Manager who has offered to cancel my subscription before the month's end. He also explained that there is a toggle/button at purchase for creating a one-time purchase (but it defaults to a monthly subscription) so look out for this is you're buying. The product needs the gel (but I have bought a cheaper bulk version elsewhere).Original message:I don't like sneaky sales tactics... when you buy this item, what they don't tell you is that you also have to buy the conductive gel (fine) AND that they auto sign you up to a monthly subscription (not good) AND that you can't cancel said subscription for at least the first month (downright rude!)! I can't even talk about the product yet... I'm just annoyed that they think they can do that and get away with it. There is NOWHERE to cancel the subscription for the gel!
