Pleasantly surprised!! First time I've ordered a foundation product online and it has surpassed my expectations!! People have asked me what I'm using and have said my skin looks amazing. So yes I'll keep in using this amazing product. 5* from me.
I bought the same product by Amazon and arrived damaged I complain but nothing got done so I bought the same this time by their own website and was perfect. I love Aimee’s products that’s the one ones I currently use!! I wouldn’t go by Amazon tho!! Same product but not a good customer service
Blown away yesterday when I visited your Belfast shop in Victoria Square. Ciara was amazing from the minute I walked in, colour matched me for everything and showed me how to apply the product's. The only sad thing was that I couldn’t take Ciara back home with me 😂 she was just fantastic and I’m glowing around Belfast this morning with all my new products. Joanne
Its the first time I am using the products and i went to your Carnaby Street branch for a Pilates session and a quick makeup session and was impressed with the products. I bought the skincare range, and make up with a full set of brushes.
I needed to make an exchange due to my mistake during a return. When the refills arrived, they didn't work correctly. However, the staff at the local shop and the online team were exceptional. They accepted my refills back and quickly sent me a new product without any trouble. The service was incredibly easy and friendly. This is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
