This has been a nightmare of an experience in whatever you do do not purchase with Apple Pay if you use Apple Pay you have lost your money at least if you use your credit card directly, you can dispute with the credit card company for a refund. I have been going back-and-forth with this company for three months. They sent me a product that did not work. They agreed to send a new product never sent anything and stop responding to emails. I have two other girlfriends who also receive defective products and are going through the same issue. One was able to get a refund directly from her credit card company because she was the smartest one and ordered it directly with her American Express.
