I ordered a PelviRestore device from this company. I received my device but the part that is to be inserted doesn’t work. I emailed the company(because listed phone number doesn’t work) was asked what I had received in the mail. I replied then got another email asking for a video showing what exactly was wrong with the device. I did that and the email I got back said they were going to send me one of the newest devices they had. I tolled them that was fine and was told they would be emailing me the tracking information. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE!! This business is just out to take your money! STAY AWAY!! Their female owner/CEO should be ashamed and embarrassedUPDATE:Don’t let the fact that the FOUNDER replied back to me fool you!! I have emailed the company 2 times and still NOTHING!! So I still stand by my review, THIS WEBSITE AND COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!! THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!! THE FOUNDER/CEO/PRESIDENT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED AND ASHAMED TO BE WOMEN SCAMMING OTHER WOMEN IN NEED!!UPDATE #2I did receive a new device BUT it DID NOT WORK!! I sent an email with a video showing that the device did not work. The reply email I got told me to go to their website and read all information about purchases. They are trying to tell me that they are not responsible for faulty equipment and think that big words and threats are going to scare me. NOPE! I already had an attorney who specializes in these types of cases read everything on their website along with all of the emails. I do have a case with all things considered.DO NOT, and I repeat, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE ONE SINGLE THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They’re just women stealing from women!
