I was excited about having a coach to support my progress, and the first 9 weeks were fantastic with great results. Suddenly, my trainer vanished without a word, leaving me feeling abandoned. It took two weeks to get a new trainer, but my comfort never returned. That trainer then left for a career opportunity, which meant starting over again. I'm just going through the motions now until the end of the month. It's such a shame because I was really enjoying the first couple of months.
