Comms are good and the sales rep was very knowledgeable (Thanks Steph)Please be careful when bidding as SDL Property Auctions do "off the wall bidding" which means they purposely put bids in that aren't real to inflate the selling price - Stick to your budget and only bid what you think is right (They may come back to you after the auction)
