Awful service.14 day wait for survey to be done, but surveyor cancelled the afternoon before claiming that the property needed a level 3 survey due to extension and loft conversion, also that there was a breach in the damp proof coursing (must have figured this out via a crystal ball or somesuch...).I would have been happy to pay for a level 3 but not on the basis that it was an 11th hour cancellation.Commissioned a survey with a different provider who's service is far superior to SDL.
