Good communication via text, phone about appointment date by "SDL Surveying team" and then on day of survey call before visit by surveyor Mr. Gill who arrived in allocated time slot. Mr Gill our Surveyor was amazing, polite, professional, courteous and easy to talk to.
He did proper detail survey, photos & documentation and the results were uploaded on the same day and was in line with our expectation.
