Really poor after service. Received a damaged iPad case which did not become apparent until my husband opened it on his birthday. Contacted SDTEK immediately. Emails were ignored. Refused to send replacement. Said I could return it for inspection but unreasonable return period as I was abroad. Refused to flex. Had to raise a dispute via PayPal to obtain a refund which was immediately agreed. Avoid SDTEK. If there is a problem they don’t want to know or help!! I would not use this company again or recommend them!!
