We are a small charity. I have spent the last three days alternatively being locked out on one account and unable to see any reporting on another because of "licensing" issues where they fail to remove an administrator and the others are prevented from access or lack the privileges..Insanely, email help is rejected because the email address (same as used to login with) is unknown to their system.Spent one and a half hours waiting on the phone.The reports system is archaic, technical support unavailable and customer service simply dim.So spending THREE days waiting to download the correct EOY GTN's All this for a higher cost than most. Even a bargepole needs to keep its distance. The single star rating I've given is far too high
