AWFUL - AVOID

AWFUL. I have now been waiting for 12 days since my shipment got to the docks and I am now no further forward to knowing when my shipment will arrive. This was our second shipment with Seabay and both have bee terrible. Kayla has completely avoided answering when our shipment(that she knows includes pre orders) is landing with us. This shipment was collected on 7th August and we were told it would take 5 weeks. This shipment should have been in Perth on the 14th Sept, it is now over 2.5 weeks later with STILL no confirmed date of arrival. The communication has been so bad, will never use again. This is my first ever bad review on trust pilot so that is a gauge to how bad this experience has been. This has had a massive impact our our business in the peak of our season we have been left with no stock.
