Texture: Ok. Certainly better than their substandard haddock and scampi.

Oh, and Jeff, your cooking instructions are a train wreck. The main body of your ad says to cook from frozen under a grill for 18-20 mins. The cooking instructions say cook from frozen or defrost, and to cook from defrost for 18-20 minutes under a grill. Which is it Jeff? 18-20 minutes from frozen or defrost?
So now we can just sit back and wait for another infantile Basil Fawlty response from head honcho Jeff. But, as with the haddock, there'll be no attempt at customer service or offer to rectify the problem. Just more Tu Quoques(you'll need to look that up, Jeff)
