I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this company. I got their waterproof Gressenhall beanie. Their "trademarked waterproof technology" is, in practice, a non-breathable plastic insert (you can see a picture of it on my G maps review). Yes, you read that right, they literally just add a piece of plastic between the tissue and call this "waterproof technology". This design flaw leads to trapped moisture in your scalp and the associated risks.Furthermore, I found the "return" process highly questionable. Being asked to destroy the item to avoid shipping costs suggests the product has a negligible manufacturing value (whilst they resell it very expensively).This is a low-quality product. Save your money.EDIT response to their message: as you invited me to destroy the item, you can clearly see that the "membrane" is indeed just a mere plastic film.
