I made a call looking for a Canadian Trolling motor after my new( 2 year old) Minn-Kota refused to operate. They refused to help me and would not send a replacement part to Canada, so I ate the loss and made a telephone call to your company across the country and was assisted immediately by the person who answered the phone. I told her about Amazon better price & she matched it immediately and I paid for it and it arrived as she said it would. I still have not had it in the water but I can see from the product itself and the design it will be much easier to operate.Time will tell.....
