I dealt with a representative who spent more time attempting to dismiss my review than addressing my concerns. After promising a response from the bank within a week, two weeks have passed with no updates or communication. I stopped my search for merchant accounts once I applied with them, but now I'm still dealing with my payment processor with no guidance from them. I wouldn’t trust this service to help.
