I ordered 4 items, 2 arrived well after the advertised delivery window and the other 2 took a month to arrive. One item was wrong, I had paid extra to have it made in a different colour. I was told I'd be refunded for the return of this item plus postage, they admitted it was their error. I returned the item 3weeks ago and they are now ignoring me, especially as in the mean time one of the other dresses has started falling apart after being worn once, I've requested a refund for this too. Silence form the company. I have written to them repeatedly, and am now down over £100 for two useless dresses (one of which they now have back) and the cost of return postage to India. Stay well away!
