I was charged twice and they refused to refund me.(In response to the reply from the business: I appreciate the reply but I don't feel comfortable posting my personal email on a public review. Also, I contacted your customer service right when it happened and was told you can't refund trials, even though I explained I only purchased one and was charged twice. I honestly don't even know if it gave me two products, but I do know that I only purchased one, and I had two separate charges of the same thing, one right after the other. I was finally offered *half* of a refund but I have not agreed to anything as only getting half of my money back for an unauthorized charge is ridiculous.)
