I ordered jeans having seen them in store on a staff member. The service is second to none. Sadly, the sizing was a bit off for me. At 5”1’ I ordered short leg, which were too short. I reordered on regular, which were too long and not a style that could be easily shortened. Return process was excellent, as was the time to receive my refund. Definitely no complaints there. Unfortunately, just couldn’t find a fit that was right for me.
