UPDATE: New Season has contacted me and sending a new set... Extra patience during these COVID times is more important than ever while companies struggle to fulfill orders and address customer complaints. I knew something was not right given the previous excellent service level of this company (I bought a set of bamboo sheets for the summer last year and they are perfect!). I'm a happy customer once again. This is a company willing to go the extra distance. Thanks New Season!----------Torn linen sheets 4 months later... I'm sorry but no, this should not happen when you take care of your linens (which I do). Three different attempts to simply contact New Season and not even making a demand; I'm simply wanting a reply to understand why?
