Looks like I'm on the minority here, but here goes. Booked through JC because was told could usually get sailor loot for most sailings/cabin types. Got on the ship and didn't see any OBC but thought I'd give it 24 hours before reaching out. The next morning sent an email to just inquire if there was supposed to be any loot. If not I'm fine by that, however what transpired for the remainder of my trip was not what I expected from a top first mate. No response to my email inquiry, then on day 3 sent a text. No response, so on day 4 sent another text just to verify if my messages were being received. Finally a response!... "you didn't book through me" seemed strange as all email communication received from VV had his name as my first mate. Sent screen shots of this immediately as well as went directly to sailor services on board to verify if my reservation was linked to an agent. Immediately Virgin confirmed he was my first mate. Messages going forward were about how he couldn't see my booking and would investigate why that was. Original issue never addressed and communication went dark after day 6. Still haven't heard anything, not that it matters a month after my sailing. Unfortunately have two more sailings booked through his link, not expecting much for these too.
