I like high quality shoes and I buy lots of them. I have been satisfied by Sebago in the past so I bought an additional pair a year ago, same as the ones I already have. I barely used them but suddenly one day while I was walking, the seam split unexpectedly.I went to the Sebago shop in Milan. They told me that it was a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately they said that because I haven’t kept a proof of purchase, they couldn’t help. So I asked my cobbler but he told me he couldn’t do anything either. The only thing I can do now is to throw my almost new Sebago shoes in the trash. Sadly the website doesn’t allow me to post a photo.
