As a leaseholder at Royal Waterside, I wanted to share some positive feedback about Abbie Jones, our new property manager from Sebright Property Management.Since Abbie and the Sebright team took over, the difference has been immediately noticeable. Communication has been clear, proactive and — most importantly — responsive. Queries are acknowledged quickly and followed through, which has really improved confidence among residents.One of the biggest improvements has been around building security. Longstanding issues with access and communal doors have now been properly addressed, and it’s reassuring to see entrances secured and monitored as they should be. These practical changes have made a real difference to how safe and well-managed the development feels day to day.Overall, this has been a vast improvement compared to the previous management under Anthem Property Management. There is a much stronger sense of organisation, accountability and genuine engagement with leaseholders.Thank you to Abbie Jones and Sebright Property Management for the positive progress at Royal Waterside — it’s appreciated and very much noticed by residents.
