Do not give your business to this company. I had a contract them from August to December of last year 2022. The contract that I signed told me that everything was going to be taken care of by then. Month by month I was paying them so that they would be able to take care of all the payday loans that I owed. We’re now In April 2023 and I’m still receiving a letter from a payday loan that should’ve been taken care of by this company, second chance. I’ve gotten a couple letters saying that I’m past due. When I called the company the one that I am past due with, I was advised that second chance never sent over a power of attorney letter nor any documentation showing that they would be taking over that account. It is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating that I’m even having to still deal with this when they should have been taken care of back in December. Do not give them your business. When you call the company number and try to leave a message it hangs up on you right away and when you try to call customer service, it’s always the same rep answering the phone. He continuously “assures” you that it will be taken care of. I tried getting in touch with the representative that I originally talk to. She told me I could call her anytime. Her name is Michelle M. She has yet to respond to any of my emails any of my phone calls that I have made. I am truly disappointed because I put my trust in this company that they would help me out and the fact that I’m still receiving this letter, it tells me that this is a scam. Unacceptable.
