An entirely unreliable service. I submitted my claim with all necessary documents, which they acknowledged and claimed to have sent to the airline. Two and a half months went by, despite the airline having a maximum of 60 days to respond. I had to reach out multiple times, and ultimately, they deleted my entire claim and closed the case. I cannot recommend them to anyone — they are unprofessional and incompetent.
