An utterly untrustworthy service. I submitted my claim with all necessary documents, which they acknowledged and claimed to have sent to the airline. Two and a half months went by, despite the airline's maximum 60-day response time. I had to reach out multiple times, and ultimately, they just deleted my entire claim and closed the case. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone — they are unprofessional and ineffective.
