Terrible customer service!! The items I received were alright, not bad quality, but I’m no expert on women’s laundry. However, I would strongly recommend people to spend their money elsewhere and AVOID! this company. I bought three nightwear items for my wife, but she did not like them and also did not try anything on. I requested a refund and followed the returns instructions outlined in their policy. They responded with an offer for a 20% refund on my items. They claimed that the seal on the packaging had been broken, therefore the items were not eligible for a refund. But as a goodwill gesture, they were willing to offer me a 20% refund. The items were delivered in an open and closed zip tie mechanism, so this accusation was incorrect, but they still insisted that the seals were broken even though I sent them pictures. They then offered me a 50% refund and I was able to keep the items. I stood my ground and demanded a full refund. I raised my issue with my bank which was very helpful and was able to claim my money back from Secret CoCo and I eventually won the dispute. It’s clear to see that they have a reputation for this kind of behaviour.
