Awful. All items were faulty, not correctly sized, and very bad quality (think Temu quality but expensive prices). Delivery took around three weeks. I’ve emailed and emailed and no reply from customer services. I saw a review that mentioned a quick google search would’ve prevented this. Totally agree. What a terrible company, and massive scam. Edit: Secret coco have replied. They have asked me to email them or to fill in the form on their website. I already did this, on the 12th January! Will forward the original email again.
