Sent them pictures.They immediately started haggling with me on a return. They offered 15% off to keep the lingerie. Then 20%. Then 35%. I stood firm requesting 75%. Finally they sent a return form to a Chinese factory. You pay shipping back to China governed by the laws of the Netherlands for $4 in lingerie. Eventually I asked them for a 50% credit to cut my losses and they let me keep the lingerie.
