This is by far the worse customer service experience I have had with any online experience ever!!! Do not bother buying from this website. First off I ordered some lingerie from here before Christmas and the order never reached me as it was lost in transit. When I tried to get in contact with said seller which by the way only means of contact is via email because the place is based in China so they obviously don’t want to deal with all the bad service they give any other way, I would sporadically get a response apologising like they were really willing to help you. In fairness the replacement was received but by the time I did I no longer required them. So I sent them straight back which was mid December and even up until now I have not been issued a refund on said items that were sent back. Like I said bad experience and even worse customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Better off paying a bit more and get from somewhere else.
