Absolutely terrible experience. My order took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the “leather” item was cheap, poor quality, and not even leather as advertised. I requested a refund and was repeatedly given excuses, delays, and contradictory information. They even promised a full refund without return, then later asked for tracking for a return I was never required to make. After weeks of chasing them with no refund ever appearing, I had to lodge a dispute with my bank. Completely unprofessional and misleading — I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
