SecretCoco is Junk Chinese crap. Looks nothing like photos, and blatantly lied about material its made from. Also, terrible customer service. I recently bought a "leather" harness from SecretCoco for my wife. It came straight from China drop shipper "Gofo", so i know it came from the Chinese manufacture. The harness is junk thin pleather- its basically stamped plastic, its not real leather, despite the listing says "leather", and despite this harness being marked down from $160 to $54, implying that its a genuine leather product being discounted. This item is not worth more than $5, its very flimsy, cheap, the metal components that hold it all together feel light weight and cheap, and would easily break off with a little force - reminds me of cheap Halloween costumes material. I'm currently trying to get a refund and so far Ive sent 3 emails, and have only gotten one email response from SecretCoco customer service offering me a 20% discount refund- to which I've refused. So far, no response to my other 2 emails requesting immediate return instructions. Very odd for a company that offers on the website a "30 day money back guarantee". I did a little research and found very similar faux leather harness with same design and material on Ali-express less than $5. Has the same stamped leather pattern and color, and cheap metal components. Save your time and headache, this website is scamming folks, and praying they go away when they ask for a refund. I wont be easily deterred. Credit card company has been notified for a charge back, and have plenty of photo evidence to make the case. Read the other reviews and avoid this company.
