4 things ordered - 1 incorrect item sent, 1 poor fit, 2 poor quality! If you like speaking to AI robots for customer service then this is the company for you.. say all the right things in their responses… then does none of them!!Similar to other recent reviewers am further out of pocket for return shipment to china, only for it to be rejected due to incomplete address supplied, only to find out later their returns warehouse is in the Netherlands?!? 6months later, still promised £161 refund, but nothing to show for it.
