It's a shady drop shipping business that sells very low quality products shipped from China. The delivery takes weeks, the products break immediatelly and the support is set up so they won't refund you with the excuse of the type of products, whilst the reality is that they have no warehouse and no return address THIS IS A SCAM! I asked for a refund and best they could do is offer 30% and they have been "sending it to their financial department" for a month now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!EDIT: Still no refund after 2 months, I invite everyone to contact Citizens Advice consumer service and report this business.
