I ordered one body suit on 11 Oct. I only received it on 25 Oct. During those weeks I emailed and tried to contact customer support for updates. Only last week did I received a message to say it would be delivered within 3-5 days. Note: it’s being shipped from China. By the time it arrived I didn’t need it anymore so I emailed to begin the refund and return process. Silence. I have now sent 3 emails and no response. They say they will respond within 24hrs but this isn’t true. They have no other forms of communication and I’m worried I won’t be able to get my money back. Please help out and email me back.
