Secretcoco is a SCAMThis is not a business anyone should engage with. Let me get straight to the point by listing the issues1. False Marketing 2. Atrocious product quality 3. Missing products (if you dare to order)4. No company registration number or details on site 5. No contact details other than a support email6. No adherence to their own documented return policy 7. If you bother to read their ‘Terms of Service’, section 5 actually states the following: “We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.”This effectively states that this company can sell you animal dung, market it as exquisite lingerie and if you (the consumer) don’t like it, then tough! I have read previous reviews (sadly only after making a purchase myself) and can only confirm the exact same poor experience of others users who have voiced their frustration and disappointment here.I have been trying to return the rags I received and get my money back but alas, they refuse to provide a return address or return my money and after 14 days of waiting for a promised refund, there is no money back, just silence.Buyer BEWARE….. This site needs to be SHUT DOWN.
