Purchased a movie prop through their shop on Ebay. Upon delivery the item was faulty. The electronics wasn't working how it should. Upon messaging them they were quick to help but it quickly transpired after a barrage of back and forth emails they were completely fobbing me off. I requested either a refund or a return address to ship back the item to them. To which they went silent. I reached out to them on Facebook to which I was blocked. I would suggest you tread carefully with this company as they promise you everything and deliver on nothing. So now I will review their website on as many review platforms as I can including google to make others aware
