I've recently purchased Gandalf's staff from the Hobbit from Secret Compass and all I can say is that Shane has the tenacity to see orders through despite being assaulted by overwhelmingly bad luck. I live in the UK and the package was sent overseas via DHL which carried considerable a shipping cost. DHL failed to contact me about a customs charge despite having the correct contact information and they sent the staff back to Secret Compass after a holding it for a week, charging SC for the return, on top. Shane from SC resent the staff despite suffering a major financial loss. Whatever it is you're thinking of buying from Secret Compass, rest assured that they will go out of their way to fulfill your order! Being nice to your customers is one thing, but my experience proves that SC will have your back should anything go wrong and they will see things through to the end with you. If you're smart then you don't judge people based on the grandeur of their deeds but by the adversities they overcome, and Shane from Sectet Compass is a great example of what real customer care looks like!
