I've been using Secrets.ai for several months now. The thing that stands out the most to me, as as a consumer and how the company interacts with its customer base, is how responsive the developers are. They are active within the communicty on Discord. They are there to support the user - answer questions, be responsive when a user is having a bad experience, and trying to make the platform user friendly. The amount of work they developers have put in since I've been a member, and constant growth of the product, is impressive. They listen to the feedback of the users, and make the new releases cater to the issues that their users are having. Looking forward to what comes next.
