I received cancellation 12h prior my make-up booking for an important event. I was suggested with another makeup artist who I didn't choose in the first place. The results was dreadful full on make -up versus natural make up. Intimidating make-up artist, no people skills, haven’t smiled once, haven’t asked any questions prior make up or during if what she was doing was ok with me. I was shown the mirror at the end and was too scared to ask for changes to avoid an argument and there was no time left to fix anything anyway. I washed half of my make up as soon as make up artist left and had to lighten up all my skin and eyebrows to look more natural. After giving this feedback to the customer services, they have chosen to believe the makeup artis and ignored my feedback completely based on that I didn’t raise it at the time and didn’t have pictures to show. It was my word against hers. The makeup artist didn’t have any pictures either to prove she was right. I was left disappointed with the service and the money I paid for this kind of treatment. No refund or partial refund was offered. Client is not always right according to this company.P.S. On the other had I also had a hairdresser booked with the same company for the same day who arrived 30 min late, but done an amazing job and she treated me with respect and was friendly and asked all the questions needed to get the look. I left her 5 star feedback were the credit was due.
