I have been a client of Sector Alarm for 2,5 years, and recently, I sent an email to them inquiring about how I can terminate my subscription since I feel I don't use the alarm enough. Subsequently, I was called over three days between 11:10 and 15:37. However, I was busy at work during those days and didn't answer the phone. I later received an SMS stating that they had called me, but since the SMS indicated that I couldn't reply, I couldn't inform them that I was at work. After those three days, I received an email stating that they had tried to contact me at various times, and since I hadn't responded to their email, I couldn't be allowed to terminate my subscription. I don't understand how a company can refuse customers the right to cancel their subscription and treat customers in this way. Really poor service!
