We had to change the whole system because they are not able upgrade the system. The center does not answer in time or at all… If you have an active ALARM, they do NOT even call you, only sending an email about the ALARM event. Nobody comes to the house to check IF everything is in order and safe. The owner changed a few years ago, since then they are doing nothing just sending the invoices. It is NOT enough safe and reliable service for us, That is WHY we decided to change the system for a better one with a 24 hour DIRECT connection to the police and 24 hours vigilant and with more cameras.
