After purchasing a house in Las Palmas, I terminated the existing alarm system with a different company and signed a contract with Sector Alarm. I did this because Sector Alarm was very responsive when I first contacted them, they were able to communicate with me in English, and because they called me on my non Spanish number while I was abroad. The system was installed yesterday. It was installed by Alex, who was a true joy to work with: clear and timely communication, flexible, very high level of English proficiency, very friendly and professional. For those who haven't had an alarm system in their home before (like me), keep in mind that it takes several hours for the system to be installed.
