We had an attempted break in by suspected squatters. They turned off our electric from outside the house. The batteries ran low on the alarm and even though it was urgent as we worried that our house was being watched the alarm company refused to come out to replace the batteries immediately. They waited 6 days before sending an engineer to replace the batteries. I believe the real test of your Alarm company is the support you receive when you have an emergency. Sector Alarm failed us miserably on this occasion.
