I really had to leave this review to confirm the excellent customer service I received from the parking attendant and bus driver at Edinburgh airport.On the 19th of September my elderly mother and I arrived at the airport to find out we had been scammed by another company for meet and greet parking.I am disabled and had to drive around various long stay parking to find a place to park with a shuttle to the terminal.When I arrived at the site at Edinburgh airport even though they were at capacity the attendant managed to find me a disabled parking space, helped with the cases and the bus driver stopped the shuttle bus at the car and helped us on.He also apologised for the cost as we had to pay the higher rate for on the day parking.It was not his fault we had been scammed and he was a credit to this company for the service he provided which was above and beyond his job.Thanks again for helping 2 very vulnerable and upset ladies catch their flight and go on holiday.I can’t thank them enough.
