Good work, though the workman was incredibly arrogant and rude. Reported this to management. But still - after reporting the same info four times - they claim to have no record of this and continue to pester me with unsolicited phone calls to tout for business, which they're never going to get. We are on about call 14 or 15 now. I have given up being polite, which is not me as a person. Honestly folks - do not get involved with these people. Hopefully their desperation is a sign they're going bust. They deserve to.
