From June until December I've had an impeccable stoma delivery service. This month my prescription was GP approved on the 9th of January but still no delivery. When I phoned I was eventually told there was a product delay. No one had bothered to contact me and I'm now desperately trying to make alternative arrangements 2 days before major surgery! I'll end up buying another product online and looking for another supplier. Shame on Securicare!
