Suffering of serious GI disease, I desperately tried seed probiotics for months FOR WORST THAN NOTHING due to its promotion by reckless influencers who don't even care about this product other than to generate revenue: its been a few orders since I only received packages with powder spilling over inside. I just found out seed capsules and its proclaimed "Green jar" were tested positive to heavy metals. If this was honestly reviewed by both the company and society itself, I certainly never would have had touched these.
