Moreover, their 'replacement guarantee' doesn't even cover the cost of new seeds. Their receipts are structured to limit your ability to receive full value for replacements. I took advantage of a promotion, but since neither item was priced at full value, I was left without a proper replacement unless I paid more, along with an excessive shipping fee. They sell faulty products and then expect you to pay extra for replacements. It feels like they lack integrity and try to squeeze out every penny from you.
